A rural Decorah resident might be changing his plea in a case involving harassment and child endangerment charges.
James Bachmurski faces one Class D felony charge and two serious misdemeanor charges for incidents involving his two sons.
Appearing in court on Tuesday, Bachmurski asked for a change of plea hearing, which has been set for 10:30 a.m. June 12th., A presentence investigation has been ordered in the case.
