City officials working on an update of their flood response plan

City of Decorah department heads will meet Thursday morning to discuss the city's response plan to flooding.

Decorah Mayor Don Arendt says the city officials are updating the response plan to make sure the city is ready to respond to serious flooding, such as that which occurred during 2008.
