Pay raises approved for City of Decorah non-union employees

Some City of Decorah employees are getting pay raises.

The Decorah City Council has approved three percent salary increases for supervisory and non-union employees, effective July 1st.  The pay raises for non-union employees are usually based on the contract negotiated between the city and its employee unions.
