Mild winter saved money for City of Decorah

As you might expect, the City of Decorah spent less money on snow removal this winter.

City Clerk Wanda Hemesath says the city spent around $77,000 this winter to remove snow.  By contrast, snow removal expenses the previous winter were $124,000--or $48,000 more.
