County supervisors proclaim April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month

Winneshiek County supervisors have signed a proclamation declaring April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

Megan Hanson from Helping Services for Northeast Iowa says one in five women will be sexually assaulted by the time they graduate from college.
