City eyes improvements to Dry Run Creek wall

City of Decorah officials are trying to figure out the best way to stabilize an old wall behind the Decorah Public Library.  The wall along Dry Run Creek might be repaired in the near future.  City Engineer Lindsay Erdman says such repairs would improve safety and appearances.
