City's yard waste site to open in April

It's a sign of spring.  City of Decorah officials say their Yard Waste Site on Trout Run Road will open for the season on Wednesday, April 4th.

The facility will be open from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesdays and from 8:00 a.m. until noon on Saturdays.
