NICC Calmar will offer several continuing education classes for licensed real estate agents starting this week.
The 12-Hour Buying Practices (#8255) class will meet from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Saturday and from 9:00 a.m.until 1:00 p.m. Sunday. The class is a mandatory class for those seeking to earn a real estate license.
The second pre-licensure offering through NICC is a 12-Hour Developing Professionalism and Ethical Practices (#8264) class, which is scheduled for April 21st from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and April 22nd from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
For real estate agents looking to obtain their broker's license, NICC is offering three mandatory classes: 8-Hour Principles of Appraising and Market Analysis (#8274) from 8:00 a.m until 5:00 p.m. on March 27th; 8-Hour Iowa Real Estate Trust Accounts (#8260) from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on March 28; and 8-Hour Contract Law & Contract Writing (#8256) from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on April 17th. These classes can also be taken as elective credit for real estate agents renewing their license. In addition, a mandatory 8-Hour Law Update class will be offered from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on April 18th.
