Depot tops $100K in donations to local organizations

The 2011 annual report from The Depot Outlet shows that the organization granted $104,750 to 61 Winneshiek County nonprofit organizations during the year.  That's $24,000 more in donations than last year, when The Depot Outlet donated $80,691.30 to 57 Winneshiek County nonprofit organizations.

For the last several years the Depot Outlet has collaborated with Hometown Taxi to offer a $1.00 per ride discount to individuals with disabilities.  The so-called "DOLR Program" (Depot Outlet Lower Rate) will continue in 2012.
