City council approves site plan for new eye clinic

The Decorah City Council has unanimously approved a site plan for the proposed new facility for "Oneota Valley Family Eye Care" (Meehan & Schwartz) at 303 East Water Street. 

City council members praised the site plan on Monday night, with city council member Gary Rustad saying he was excited about the change, which will demolish one old house and use two empty lots.

City Council members asked a few technical questions about the development, but Rustad concluded by saying, "This is nothing but good."
