Decorah woman ticketed for improper u-turn in accident Monday

50-year-old Lori Reeder of Decorah has been tivcketed for improper u-turn following an accident Monday evening that caused $5,000 in damages.

Decorah Police say Reeder admitted to attempting a u-turn in the middle of South Mill Street.  While making the u-turn she struck a car driven by 27-year-old Kayla Burkey of Decorah.  Neither driver was injured.
