Class on "awesome customer service" will be offered later this week in Decorah

A two-hour class designed to teach businesses how to deliver "awesome customer service" will be offered from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Wednesday in the conference room of Country Inn on Highway 9 in Decorah

The cost of the class is $25 per person.  The goals of the class include understanding the importance of customer and customer service; identifying internal and external customers; understanding the moment of truth and the service-profit chain; creating "customer delight"; and practicing complaint handling skills.

This course, which was also held in January and quickly sold out, is offered by NICC Calmar in collaboration with Winneshiek County Development, Inc. and the Northeast Iowa Business Network..
