CHOCOLATE!

NICC Calmar says spaces are filling up in its continuing education class called "Cupid's Creations – Chocolate!" to be held from 6:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. this Sunday at Ede's and The Angry Pickle Deli in downtown Decorah.

Decorah professional chef Chef Mark Rollins will teach how to prepare a Valentine-worthy meal, from appetizer to dessert, revolving around chocolate.

Class participants who are 21 years of age or older are welcome to bring wine to enjoy.  A supply fee of $25 is paid to the instructor the night of class. NICC encourages people to register early for this popular class.
