County officials to send out letters with new supervisor district maps

As decorahnews.com reported last month (http://www.decorahnews.com/news-stories/2012/01/1618.html), new boundaries went into effect January 15th for Winneshiek County Supervisor districts.

Now the Winneshiek County Auditor's Office and the Iowa Secretary of State's Office are working together to send out letters to every registered voter in Winneshiek County about the new districtss.

The mailing will tell voters in which county supervisor district they live.  It will also tell them their polling place for upcoming elections. 

Voters should expect to receive these cards sometime in the last two weeks of February.
