Decorah High School's National Honor Society now has 100 members

Induction ceremonies were held Sunday afternoon for 58 new members of the National Honor Society at Decorah High School. That means there are now 100 high school students whose academic performances have qualified them for the academic honor society.

Students are chosen for their scholarship, leadership, service and character.

Sunday's program included performances by the Decorah High School Madrigal Singers, as well as by a string quintet and brass quintet. Decorah HS Principal Kim Sheppard welcomed the students and their parents to the ceremony.
