Customer Service class to be offered

Registration has begun for a two-hour class to be offered next Tuesday aimed at teaching businesses the value of good customer service.

The class will run from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. in the conference room of Country Inn in Decorah.  The cost of the class is $25 per person.

Participants in this class will learn how to give outstanding customer service.  The class will help employees and employers to understand the importance of customer and customer service; identify internal and external customers; understand moment of truth and service-profit chain; understand and create customer delight; and practice complaint handling skills.

This course is offered by Northeast Iowa Community College in collaboration with Winneshiek County Development, Inc. (WCDI) and the Northeast Iowa Business Network (NIBN.) To find out more about the course, contact WCDI Director Randy Uhl at 382-6061.
