Decorah Fire Department called out to Koreana Restaurant

Decorah firefighters were called out to the Koreana Restaurant at 207 West Water Street around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday by a report of smoke In the building.

When firefighters arrived, they found burnt food in the kitchen of the restaurant.  No further fire was discovered.  The food was removed and the building was ventilated.  No damage was noted and no injuries were reported. 

Decorah firefighters returned to their quarters after one hour on the scene.
