Up to four new doctors may be hired at Winneshiek Medical Center

Winneshiek Medical Center officials have conducted interviews with a number of possible new physicians—and might be hiring up to four of them.

A new surgeon has already arrived in Decorah, although some steps still must be taken before he can begin working.  An OB/GYN physician has been interviewed and would like to come to Decorah.  Two family practice physicians also have been interviewed, but also have interviewed for positions in another community.
