Volunteers sought to help with community Thanksgiving dinner

Organizers of the Decorah Community Thanksgiving Dinner are looking for volunteers to assist in the preparation and serving of this year's meal.  The dinner will be held at noon on Thanksgiving Day in the Fellowship Hall of the Decorah United Methodist Church.

Volunteers are needed to peel potatoes on Wednesday, November 23rd.  On Thursday, November 24th, volunteers are needed to set-up for the meal; assist with transporation of individuals to and from the meal; work the delivery/carry-out line; deliver carry-out meals; serve during the meal; and clean up after the meal.

Monetary donations are also appreciated.  All donations received will offset the cost of the meal with excess proceeds donated to missions.
