Decorah Wastewater Plant Superintendent honored

The Iowa Water Environment Association is honoring a City of Decorah official. Decorah Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent Mike O'Hara has been selected as 2011 "Operator of the Year" by the association. The award recognizes O'Hara for his contributions statewide and for his leadership in reducing the energy consumption of the Decorah Wastewater Treatment Plant.
