Girl Scouts seeking donations of winter coats,gloves, etc.

Decorah area Girl Scouts are collecting new or good used winter wear, including coats, hats, mittens, gloves, scarves and boots.

The winter wear will be distributed by Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation's Family Service office to families in need.

Collection boxes will be set up throughout Decorah, with donations accepted through December 5th.  Cash donations or winter wear also can be dropped off or sent to NEICAC's Winneshiek County Family Service office in the basement ofthe Smith Building (old hospital) in Decorah.
