Decorah artist Matthew Alexander displaying work at Perfect Edge

Decorah artist Matthew Alexander will be displaying new and recent art work at the Perfect Edge in Decorah starting Friday and running throughout November.

Alexander continues his ponderings in myth, lore, spirituality & dream.  Archetypes that we all know subtly merge & play in wood & clay.   Previous work in masks comes through as three dimensional pieces accent two dimensional reclaimed barn board.  Each piece has vibrant colors & a simple aged quality making them both accessible & engaging.
