RSVP volunteers are honored

In the past year, volunteers from the Northeast Iowa RSVP program have donated 24,840 hours of service to local programs.  RSVP volunteers are serving at 46 different agencies in Allamakee, Howard and Winneshiek counties.

RSVP has presented gold awards for 500 plus hours of service to Glen Barth, Roger Craft, Marjorie Dehning, Cheryl Donlon, Ann Glesne, Paul Hexom, Gail Howatt, James Howatt, Ilse Meyer, Delroy Palmer, Rudolph Remmen, Karen Skrypek, Bonnie Tieskotter, Jane Tollefson, Bob Watson and Audrey Wedo.

Silver awards for 250-499 hours of service went to Peg Abbas, Richard Brincks, Amy Bouska, Nancy Eichinger, Laurence Flaskerud, Del Fure, Janice Halsne, Sharon Johnson, Jerry Korzendorfer, Patricia McClure-Anderson, Helen Olson, Dennis Paul, Dona Peck, John Rekward, Daniel Scholtes, Charles Snitker, Marlene Sorenson, Cheryl Thompson and Robert Usgaard.

Bronze awards for 100-249 hours of service were presented to Wade Ball, Yvonne Brandt, Wayne Burk, Elliott Christen, Lillian Christianson, Betty Davie, JoAnn Dostal, Cliff English, Marlene Ferrie, Rose Mary Gerleman, Mary Hart, Kathleen Lange, Glenn Larson, Karilyn Lenth, Imogene Macal, Jannan Malanaphy, Alaine Meier, Erik Nykkanen, Mary Scholtes, LaVonne Sharp, Donna Sivesind, Sonja Sola, Barbara Spencer, Janet Steiner, Jean Swiggum, Alice Thompson and Eileen Tlusty

Volunteers honored for ten years of service were Joyce Epperly, Ann Glesne, John Glesne, Georgie Klevar, Pat Lepa, Mary Lou Rauk-Snitker, Lyle Rodman, Sharon Rossman, Mary Timmerman and Naomi Winter.

Volunteers honored for five years with the program were Susan Boehm, Evelyn Brincks, Richard Brincks, Susan Counters, Tom Counters, Marjorie Dehning, Dottie Evjen, Pat Huber, Edith Jacobsen, Mary Koopman, Elaine Kuennen, Ray Kvamme, Carolyn Livingood, Mildred Lyons, Ellen Macdonald, Dorothy Moburg, Harland Nelson, Howard Paskach, Janelle Pavlovec, Mabel Schwamman, Kathrine Snitker, Gerry Sorenson and Vera Wiest.
