Road painting is underway in Winneshiek County

Painting crews have showed up in Winneshiek County to paint center lines and edge lines throughout the county. 

County officials are asking the public to keep an eye out for the painting crews while driving.  They are also warning motorists to NOT attempt to pass the paint truck unless you are waived through because the wet paint is very difficult to remove from your vehicle.
