Luther College Press publishes book on Luther's Sesquicentennial

In celebration of Luther College's Sesquicentennial year, Luther College Press has published "Transformed by the Journey: 150 Years of Luther College in Word and Image."

The 302-page soft-cover book is available for purchase for $25 at the Luther Book Shop in the Luther Student Union.

"Transformed by the Journey" was compiled and written by Luther professor emeritus of religion and classics Wilfred F. Bunge with assistance from professor emerita of EnglishMary Hull Mohr and professor emeritus of chemistry Dale Nimrod.

The preface to "Transformed by the Journey" states that the Sesquicentennial "provides a special opportunity to trace the journey of those 150 years, from the founding Norwegian immigrant situation of the mid-19th century through the complexities of the multicultural 21st century."
