CORRECTION: New City of Decorah dress code limits the wearing of shorts

Employees of the City of Decorah will not be allowed to wear shorts while performing certain tasks.  A new policy approved by the Decorah City Council prohibits shorts while doing tasks like weed whipping and mowing in woodedareas.

City officials say they made the change at the advice of the company that provides them with workers compensation insurance.
