Petersburg named president of statewide association

Decorah insurance agent Brian Petersburg from A & J Petersburg Agency has been chosen as President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Iowa. 

The Independent Insurance Agents of Iowa represents over 700 member agencies in the state and over 8,000 licensed agents. The organization serves the business interests of insurance agents who represent multiple insurance companies selling auto, home, farm, business, trucking, life, health and other lines of insurance.

Petersburg has been in the insurance business for over 30 years and is President of the A&J Petersburg Agency in Decorah, which also has offices in Garnavillo and West Union.
