Author to visit NICC to discuss managing change

NICC Calmar will be bringing on campus a nationally-know speaker and author to discuss how to get businesses and organizations to embrace change.

John Graci's two-hour presentation will be held from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 6th, at the Wilder Center on the NICC Calmar campus.

The program objectives include recognizing how a leader's behavior impacts employee acceptance, communicating mandated changes and learning a method to help confront employees who resist change.

John Graci's two-hour presentation demonstrates how communicating change, and the manner in which it is communicated, is critical to employees. Graci will provide practical and proven methods to help people cope with changes in their workplace.
