Two Winneshiek County residents will be inducted into the NICC Hall of Fame

Two Winneshiek County resident will be honored at the NICC Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony October 17th at NICC Calmar.

Sheila Halweg of Calmar and Kelly Holthaus of Decorah are both NICC graduates.  The schoolhas announced that the two will be honored at the October 17th ceremony.  Also that night, a new award--the Retiree of the Year—will be given to Dean Byerly of Fort Atkinson
