Decorah Public Library adds another session of "Story Time"

Decorah Public Library is offering a new time for "Story Time."

In addition to "Toddle Time" Monday mornings from 10:30 a.m. until 10:50 a.m. for kids ages 0 to 3 years and "Story Time" Tuesday mornings from 10:30 a.m. until 11:15 a.m. for kids for ages 3 to 5 years, a second session of "Story Time" has been added Wednesday evenings from 6:15 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. for kids ages 3 to 5 years and their parents or caregivers.

"Story Time" includes stories, songs, movement activities, a puppet show and a preschool work of art.  Story times at the library can develop early literacy and social skills while developing a love of books.  Parents or caregivers are encouraged to stay for these free programs for children.
