Bald eagle chick "D1" is on the move again

Apparently the Decorah bald eagle chick "D1" really likes Wisconsin!

The latest movements of the bird, tracked by the attached GPS unit, show that D1 has headed back south from Minnesota and has returned to the area in Wisconsin near the St. Croix river, where D1 had previously spend an extended amount of time.
