Decorah man arrested for public intoxication

Decorah Police arrested a Decorah man Tuesday morning on public intoxication charges.

Police say 25-year-old Devin Zeiler of Decorah was found shouting and yelling around 4:30 a.m. in the area of Weis Buick on College Drive and Heivly Street.
