Four file nomination papers for Decorah city government seats

Three people have filed nomination papers so far for Decorah city government seats that are up for election this fall.
In the 2nd ward, Josh Spilde has filed papers to run for the seat now held by Karen Tjossem, who is not seeking reelection. All three members of the Decorah Park-Rec Board whose terms come up this fall--Kathy Bakken, Rich Gaard and Jeff O'Gara—have now filed papers to run again.
