Girl Scout Troop 253 collected school supplies needy families

Decorah's Cadette Girl Scout Troop 253 has finished its collection of school supplies for needy area families.

The school supplies were given to Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation, which then distributed them.  

Employees of Bank of The West helped through their Friday Jeans For Charity program, giving the Girl Scouts $100 worth of school supplies.
