Several decorahnews.com readers have asked about whether there is some place in town that accepts computers for recycling--so print a copy of this answer!!

Mr. Answer Person says: "The Goodwill store in Decorah wants to get out the word that they WILL accept used computers--and WON'T charge for that.  Goodwill operates a program in cooperation with Dell Computers that allows Goodwill to accept not only Dell computers, but all other brands.  Furthermore, Goodwill will also accept monitors, printers, mice--even cables and cords.

Once again, there is no charge for Goodwill's service.
