Decorah Park-Rec Board is helping to plan 100th Anniversary celebration

The Decorah Parks and Recreation Board meets at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Decorah City Hall.
The 100th anniversary of the Decorah Parks System will be observed on Labor Day, September 5th. It's the anniversary of the founding of Phelps Park.
On Thursday night Park Board members will get an update on plans for the observance at Phelps Park.
