The bald eagles arrive--but the President doesn't

Despite rumors that President Obama would stop by the Decorah Fish Hatchery to take a look at the Decorah bald eagles and the eagle webcam, the rumored visit did not take place Tuesday morning.

The visit had been anticipated around 8:30 Tuesday morning--which was just about the time the two adult bald eagles returned to the hatchery area.  The eagles even spent time catching food from the pond near the Fish Hatchery.
