Acting Park Superintendent named in Decorah

Decorah Parksw and Recreation Director Rick Edwards has announced the appointment of Scott Ihde as acting park superintendent.  The appointment follows the retirement of Park Superintendent Randy Fulton, who worked for 29 years for the Park-Rec Department.
