Two more volunteers needed at Winneshiek County booth at the State Fair

The Winneshiek County Convention & Visitors Bureau says it still needs volunteers to staff the WCCVB booth at the Iowa State Fair.

There are still two empty volunteer slots--one on Saturday, August 13th, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and another on Sunday, August 14th, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

As an incentive, volunteers will receive free tickets into the fair plus one night's free lodging.  

Volunteers must be familiar with Winneshiek County and have general knowledge of local businesses and attractions. Each shift requires two people; volunteers typically work with a spouse, friend, family member, or co-worker.
