Time capsule in new Decorah sign needs items

The man in charge of designing and the architect of the new Decorah welcome sign, John Dingley, would like the people of Decorah and surrounding area to donate small pictures, object or to write a short note to be buried in a time capsule at the new sign.  

He needs the items by next Tuesday, as that is when they will bury the time capsule. 

The items can be dropped off at the Decorah City Clerk's Office  or at the Park-Rec Office--both in City Hall.
