Winneshiek County hires Flood Plain Manager

Winneshiek County supervisors have hired County Planning & Zoning Administrator Tony Phillips for an additional job.  Phillips is being asked to also handle the work of Flood Plain Manager—duties for which he will be paid an additional salary.

Supervisors voted 4-1 Monday in favor of hiring Phillips, with supervisor Bill Ibanez voting against the motion because of his concerns about the job description.
