Park-Rec employee Randy Fulton announces his retirement

Decorah Park Superintendent Randy Fulton has announced plans to retire the end of July.  Fulton has worked for the Park-Rec Department for 30 years.

Park-Rec Director Rick Edwards praised Fulton's commitment to Decorah's parks, saying "Randy is responsible for the condition our parks are in."
