Girl Scouts are collecting school supplies

Decorah Cadette Girl Scout Troop 253  is conducting a community service project  to collect new or good used school supplies.  Collection boxes are being set up in Decorah churches and banks and at Donlons and The Family Table.  Supplies can be dropped off until August 30th.

Collected supplies will be distributed by Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation's Family Service office to families in need.  Cash  donations or supplies can be dropped off or sent to NEICAC's Winneshiek County Family Service office in the basement of the Smith Building in Decorah.  Donations will be accepted after August 30th at this location.
