Calmar man arrested on several charges

Decorah Police have issued several charges against a Calmar man in connection with incidents at the Quillin's store.

Police arrested 16-year-old Kristopher Kennedy on charges of shoplifting alcohol from the store.  He was also charged with Driving without a License; Possession of Alcohol by an Underaged Person; and Second Offense Tobacco Possession by a Minor.
