Tours of Caretaker's House have been cancelled

Winneshiek County officials have cancelled tours of the county-owned Caretakers House by members of the Caretakers Coalition.  County officials say their insurance company did not want to allow access to the building by representatives of groups other than the Oneota Historic Future Alliance--the group that has signed a contract with the county for the demolition of the building.
