Decorah student does well at Postville's Big Four Fair

A Decorah student has done well at the Big Four Fair in Postville.

Marissa Foels, the daughter of Loren and Jo Ellen Foels of rural Postville, was named the Grand Champion in the $15 Challenge, a fashion event that challenges participants to assemble the best possible outfit while spending less than $15.

Marissa also was named Reserve Champion in Fashion Review and won the overall championship in the Junior Division of Science Fair Project.
