Aase Haugen Senior Wellness Fair coincides with National Senior Health and Fitness Day

May was Older American Month, so the Aase Haugen Home helped wrap up the month in style on Tuesday with a Senior Wellness Fair at the facility.

More than a dozen agencies and businesses had booths at the three hour program.  Participating agencies ranged from Winneshiek County Public Health to Northeast Iowa RSVP to Winneshiek Medical Center and Rising Sun Life Coaching.

Aase Haugen spokesperson Kate Klimesh says the Senior Fair was in keeping with Aase Haugen's role of "being an advocate for senior health."
