NICC Board hires consultant to help in the search for a new president

The Northeast Iowa Community College Board of Trustees has chosen Dr. Larry Ebbers of Iowa State University to lead the process to find a new NICC President.
The action was taken after the board formally accepted the resignation of Dr. Penny Wills as the College's president during a special board meeting on Friday, May 27th. Wills will be leaving Iowa in July to become President at Yavapai College in Prescott, Ariz. on August 1st.
NICC trustees will meet again on Thursday to name an interim president and to discuss the search process and timeline.
