The Winneshiek County Board of Supervisors has approved a revised final budget for the 2011 fiscal year. The new budget shows $19,991,885 in revenues—an increase over the previous projection. That means less money will be taken from the county's reserve fund to meet 2011's expenses, which total $20,329,422.
The approval by the county board came on a 4-0 vote after a public hearing was held at which no one commented on the amended budget.
