Mr. Parks & Recreation Answer Person says: "A crew from River City Paving has been working on the road into Dunning Springs Park this week.   The crew is working on overlaying the road.  Says Decorah Parks & Recreation Director Rick Edwards, "This will improve the access road into one of our major attractions."
